How do I communicate with my renters?

As a shop, there are currently 2 methods to communicate with your renters:

  • Direct Email
  • Our in-site messaging system

After a reservation is created (whether in-store or online), shop staff are able to access the reservation from their Dashboard and directly message the customer using the 'Send Message' button found at the top of the page. An email will be sent to the customer to notify them of an unread message.
